The following add-on packs are introduces in Chandigarh of Punjab Circle on promotional basis only for 90 days w.e.f. 07.09.2016 to Broadband Combo plans customers with plan Fixed Monthly Charges (FMC) Rs.700 and above for offering 24 hrs. unlimited free calls to any network, all other terms and conditions shall apply.
The details are as follows:-
- Add-on Voice pack of Rs. 48/- per month-for making 24 hrs. unlimited calls to any network within circle
- Add-on Voice pack of Rs. 98/- per month- for making 24 hrs. unlimited (local + STD) calls to any network in India.
- The above add-on voice packs shall be available only to the Broadband users for "retail use" having Broadband combo plan with plan FMC Rs, 700/- & above.
- The "retail use " Is defined as follows: -
- Outgoing calls should be less than 300 unique numbers in a month.
- If the customer availing add-on voice packs as above has not fulfilled the retail use condition as per para (d) above add-on voice pack shall not be applicable and the customer will be charged as per existing broadband plan tariff. In this regard applicability of ‘add-on’ pack will be checked on monthly basis,
- The customer should be educated properly for the retail use condition as above and an undertaking to this effect shall be taken from the customers availing add-on voice packs.
- The above add-on voice packs shall be available in Chandigarh SSA of Punjab Telecom Circle only.
- The circle should ensure that above add-on voice packs are offered to Broadband combo plan users for retail use in only those cities/locations/colonies of Chandigarh SSA of Punjab Telecom Circle, where there is similar offering from private operator.
