As per latest information, BSNL announced Full Usage Value which is equal to MRP on Prepaid plans Topup Voucher of Rs.160/- (Including ST) during October 2016 for Tamilnadu circle (Including Chennai telephone district).
On recharge of Topup voucher of Rs.160/- (Balance voucher) prepaid user will get full usage value including ST and will be credited customer main account.

Full Usage value on Topup denomination of Rs.160/- which is equal to MRP on specific dates (including Sundays) for Oct, 2016 moth.
