This is the wonderful plan which is Launched by BSNL.
It is successfully running in the 2G Prepaid Plan.
Now the same has been Launched, whatever the features are in the 2G Prepaid plan were present in this 3G Nestham plan.

Validity : Life time (Min Topup of Rs.200/- for every 6 months;
Pro rata validity on par with Nestham Plan)

ISD : As per General Plan

F and F numbers : Any 5 nos.of Any Network (Within AP)
F and F Charges (On - Net) : 10ps/min
F and F Charges (Off - Net) : 30ps/min
Change of F and F nos : Rs.5/- per each change number
Free Data Usage : 100MB in the first month

Video call, Data etc. : As per 3G-General Prepaid Plan
STV Applicability : All STVs are allowed
